Traditional farming, as practiced by my family for generations, relies on natural pest control, GMO free stock (also known as Heritage breeds) and natural fertilizers. Adopting the practices of my ancestors decreases the environmental impact of production, preserves biodiversity, improves the quality of life for livestock and promotes health. All of our products are natural, GMO free and produced with your health in mind.

We had the best time visiting Sugar Run Farm this summer!
